Content You Submit: As outlined in the Terms of Service, you may upload, submit, store, send, or receive content through or cause content to be sent or delivered to the Service ("Content"). Please be aware that any Personally Identifiable Information ("PII") contained in your Content that was submitted to the CM/ECF system by you or others is your responsibility. We do not treat this information as private or confidential.

For legal reasons: We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or governmental request, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, property, or safety, or the rights, property, or safety of others.

In connection with a business transaction: If DocketView is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email and/or a prominent notice on our website of any change in ownership or uses of your personal information, as well as any choices you may have regarding your personal information.

Aggregated or anonymized data: We may share aggregated or anonymized data that does not directly identify you with third parties for various purposes, including analytics and marketing.

4. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we collect from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure.
